The cooks were Joe, Steve, Brandi, Anna, David, Brittany, Terry, Joseph and Benjamin. We also were the waiters/waitresses for our mothers. This is what families are for and God has been so good to all of us.
Our menu consisted of:
Spring Mix Salad with lots of goodies added, spinach casserole, bacon wrapped asparagus, garlic and dill mashed potatoes, chicken with dried beef and herb seasoned port tenderloin. That was followed by a delicious hummingbird cake and coffee.
